Somloi Galuska (“Dumplings from Somloi”) is an amazing marriage of cake, walnuts, fruit, rum, pastry cream, and whipped cream, ready to serve for Valentine’s Day or any time you want an extraordinary sweet treat. I know of just one American bakery that makes this incredible comfort food.
